ABOUT ME
I’m a professional multitasker, crafting mobile app magic with a background in marathon running in the world of live TV news, and juggling pixels in the video game industry. It’s a mixed bag of talents and a puzzle for my LinkedIn profile.
In February of 2020, I moved to New York City from Seattle in an attempt to become a video/television producer. In a surprise plot twist, the pandemic hit a month later, proving that timing isn’t always on my side.
The challenges of the pandemic inspired me to pivot careers and emerge as a UI designer, bidding farewell to my vision of being the Greta Gerwig of corporate videos, opting for the world of graphic design instead.
I now reside in the gorgeous Snoqualmie Valley of Washington state with my partner and the real head of the household, our dog Walter.
When I’m not hunched over my laptop, I’m probably volunteering at our local senior center selling bingo cards, at the brewery taste testing the latest IPA, or occasionally transforming into a domestic goddess and getting lost in the comforts of knitting and baking. My partner and I also love watching terrible movies and having a good laugh at their expense.
I have a humor palette that blends dry with an awkward dash of gallows humor, but will always appreciate a good fart joke.
